Jeremy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Major in Food Technology, from Aurora State College of Technology and brings over three years of customer service experience to her role. Her background includes two years supporting a retail account and one year as a Customer Service Representative for Western Union, where she developed strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset grounded in patience and reliability.
In addition to her corporate experience, she serves as Program Manager for the Humanitarian Order of Sierra Falconès, Inc., Maria Aurora Chapter — a non-profit organization built on the principles of Charity, Community Service, and Justice. Through inclusive volunteerism and community empowerment initiatives, she continues to make a meaningful impact beyond the workplace.
