Mikaela is a Senior Executive Assistant and Operations Partner who supports founders, CEOs, and leadership teams in driving organizational efficiency. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, she contributes to strategic coordination and operational alignment across leadership initiatives.
Beyond operations, she has been actively involved in social impact and humanitarian work, serving as a Regional Director for a Conscious Capital Group and collaborating with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Virgin Milagrosa Foundation, and United Nations–aligned initiatives focused on sustainable development and community empowerment. An avid mountaineer and traveler, she values purposeful living and intentional growth.
