With a background in Civil Engineering from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna, Hammel has built a dynamic career spanning customer service, sales, fraud analysis, and process improvement. She has supported global telecommunications and energy brands including Bell Mobility, TELUS Mobility, Virgin Mobile Canada, Virgin Media UK, PayPal, and EDF Energy UK. Her analytical thinking and adaptability allow her to strengthen workflows while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Working across international accounts has shaped her ability to navigate fast-paced environments and continuously refine team performance. Outside of work, she is an avid figure skating fan and enjoys traveling to explore new cultures and experiences.
