Lori Smith is a Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Development Cum Laude Honors graduate from California State University San Marcos. During her time there Lori engaged in leadership roles as President and Treasurer at the university’s Kappa Omicron Nu Upsilon Honor Society as well as a member of the following Greek Honor Society Chapters: Golden Key, Kappa Omicron Nu Upsilon and Phi Theta Kappa.
Lori has worked with reputable institutions such as MiraCosta College, FirstService Residential and the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce. Lori specializes in crisis communications with a track record of stellar client service. Her background includes public-speaking, academics and nineteen years of diverse professional experiences focused on client retention and acquisition. She enjoys supporting and enriching the resident experience through Board partnership and addressing resident’s concerns focused on protecting owners homes and assets as well as the community common areas. Lori exhibits a positive, can-do attitude and accountability.
When Lori is not helping others protect their assets her other passions are being a Mom of three amazing boys, lifelong learning and being a self proclaimed food critic.
